Wallet - Create a wallet that handles transactions and holding of privatekeys onto Partisia Blockchain.

Hi,
The title of this topic is taken from https://partisiablockchain.devpost.com/details/inspiration link.
Does holding of private keys onto Partisia Blockchain implies saving encrypted private keys on the Partisia Blockchain?
If not, could you please elaborate?
Also a platform based wallet is eligible like android,ios, windows desktop, mac os, linux.
I mean desktops and mobiles based wallets, but not browsers based, are eligible?

    Holding and splitting up of private keys using MPC is certainly a possibility on our chain :) Yes a wallet would be eligible
